.- Rafael Granados Ruiz, born in Malaga in 1948, is an expert in private security and university official of Andalusia. Since 1999, over the past three corporate mandates has served as councilman in the city of Malaga.

The new CEO has had teaching duties as Professor of Private Security in the Faculty of Law, University of Malaga and has been president of the Association of Security Experts and Managers 'Index Security' in Spain. He is currently a member the Board of Directors of the Manchester Municipal Sports and Events.

also has held various union responsibilities in the General Union of Workers of Andalusia, which has been part of the Regional Committee.
